The development is currently in Phase II, which means construction crews are in the process of building two 13-story mixed-use buildings with offices, condos, retail stores, restaurants and hotel spaces. It also means TQL Stadium will be getting some enhancements.

It is expected that the project will create over 2,100 construction jobs and more than 1,600 permanent jobs.

The West End development is about 8.5 acres and will feature 450 multi-family residential apartments, a 150-room full-service hotel, condo units on the upper floor of the hotel, 60,000 square feet of office space, 85,000 square feet for restaurants, bars, retail stores, entertainment and sports betting, 600 spaces for a public parking garage and about 2.5 acres for privately owned space or public programmed open space.

To design the modern district, FC Cincinnati chose RIOS as the Master Plan Architect and Marquee Development as the Master Development Partner.

The development is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
