Madisonville woman ordered to surrender her 50 dogs

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ordered the removed of dozens of dogs after it was reported that Cincinnati woman, Bernie Spatz, had more than 50 in her residence. Spatz, an animal lover, admitted she just hated to get rid of the animals. The organization assisted in finding homes for the animals. Originally aired Aug. 1, 1994b
