Willie Gibbs was arrested and charged with DUI, losing control of a vehicle and trying to flee after crashing into a KFC in Bond Hill, later admitting to being drunk. Gibbs had a long wrap sheet including at least five other DUI charges. Originally aired Aug. 19, 1994.
