All victims killed in Mill Creek crash identified
Youngest victim was 18 years old, one person survived

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - All four victims killed in the Aug. 15 Mill Creek crash have now been identified.
The fourth and final victim is 21-year-old Khiel Ivory, the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office announced Tuesday.
The other three victims were identified by their respective families on Monday:
- Demarco Tapplar, 22
- Demonte Brady Jr., 18
- Ja’Vae Thomas, 19
Ivory is not pictured in the photos below.

One person survived
Cincinnati police say the vehicle hit a guardrail before going into the creek. One person survived. Video shows the survivor waiting for help on top of the car and trying to get help from people passing by.

Cincinnati police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
