Brianna Weaver
Multimedia Journalist
Brianna Weaver came to 13 Action News as a Multimedia Journalist in April 2026.
Prior to Brianna joining the team, she spent two years at WSAW NewsChannel 7 in Wausau, Wisconsin.
She is a 2024 graduate of Northern Michigan University with a major in multimedia journalism and a bright background in sports journalism. Most of that career was spent with the Northern Michigan’s Athletic Communications department covering swim & dive, women's basketball, and being a part of the Men's Hockey event operations team. She also interned as a sports reporter with WLUC, in Marquette, Michigan.
Brianna is originally from the Kalamazoo, Michigan area and is excited to be closer to family and finding out what makes Toledo special.
