Kennedi is a native of Mississippi and began her journalism career at 16 WAPT before relocating to Cincinnati.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi, with an emphasis in TV and video storytelling and a minor in political science. During her time at Ole Miss, she served as an anchor for the university’s student-led newscast, NewsWatch Ole Miss.
Kennedi is passionate about telling meaningful, trustworthy stories and serving as a voice for the community. She is excited to learn, grow, and explore all that the Queen City has to offer.
She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, an organization committed to service to all mankind.
